NEXORA Refund Policy
At NEXORA, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@nexorashop.co.in.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our return address provided upon request. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
